Bye Bye Jess

We’re a friendly lot here at Catherine’s Choice towers. So when we were asked by Jess Wilde if she could come and do a six week work placement with us we said yes.

Jess started working with us straight after the New Year.

She is studying Food Technology at Leeds Trinity University College. So her placement was really well timed as Jess has been involved in the development of three new products we are about to launch.

She’s been helping us refine our recipes and cooking times. More information about the new products will be available in March 2012.

We said goodbye and thank you to Jess last week.
